We provide a high level of expertise in managing the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment. Managing machine systems such as the Undercarriage, Hydraulics, Ground Engaging Tools, Engines and Power Train is critical in cost-effective ownership of your equipment.
Our Customer Support Agreement services include on-site Preventative Maintenance Services, Custom Hydraulic Service, Annual Air Conditioner Service and Total Maintenance and Repair Agreements.

In addition to our comprehensive support network, William Adams boasts a total of seventeen (15) resident field service personnel in Victoria. We have resident service personnel based in Geelong, Bendigo, Bairnsdale, Ballarat, Benalla, Echuca, Kyneton, Leongatha, Myrtleford, Shepparton, Warrnambool, Portland and the Yarra Valley to complement our branch network.
All William Adams Field Service personal carry relevant qualifications, tickets and site access cards. Our Field service team are a core asset of our business and have the qualifications and tools to get the job done.
Our customers’ requirements dictate that not all service work is of a workshop nature. There are occasions for field service work and when these occasions arise, the William Adams field service team swings into action.
All branches support a field service team. Each service unit comprises of a vehicle fully equipped with the necessary tooling.

A good preventative maintenance program is the best way to keep operating costs under control and avoid costly failures. A Customer Service Agreement (CSA) will ensure your equipment is kept in optimum running condition at a predictive cost with minimal down time to your business. We can provide you with a written agreement to supply parts and service in line with factory recommendations at a fixed rate to cover your preventative maintenance requirements for 12 months or greater.
In every CSA we use genuine Cat products and parts. Genuine parts are engineered specifically for their application and ensure quality, value and reliable performance from your Cat power system.
We customise CSA’s to fit your business needs, your equipment and your application. There are no pre-set requirements or specific services that you must agree to purchase.
