“Win a Cat® 301.5 Excavator” Promotion

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is William Adams Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences on 1 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 October 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoter, its related entities, agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, eligible participants must purchase 20 litres or more of eligible Cat® oil in a single transaction during the Promotional Period from a participating William Adams branch or authorised dealer.

Participants will receive:

• One (1) entry into the draw for every qualifying purchase of 20 litres or more of eligible Cat® oil products.
• Online purchases via Parts.cat.com or Cat Central will qualify for 2 bonus entries into the draw.
• Customer account details must be provided at time of purchase for entry to be valid. Online guest checkout or over the counter cash sales will not be accepted as valid entries.

Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is associated with a separate qualifying transaction.

5. Eligible Products

Eligible products include selected Cat® oil in 20litres or more quantities, as determined by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to determine product eligibility at its discretion.

6. Prize

The prize consists of:

• One (1) Cat® 301.5 Mini Excavator.
• 12-month premier warranty
• A Cat coupler
• Three (3) bucket attachments (300mm, 460mm, 1000mm)
• a custom Cat Oils vehicle wrap

The total prize value is approximately AUD $30,000 including GST.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if required.

7. Prize Draw

The draw will take place at William Adams head office, 17-55 Nantilla Road, Clayton VIC 3168 in mid-November..

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the draw and may also be published on the Promoter’s website, social media channels and in person at the William Adams Christmas Party event (date TBA).

9. Claiming the Prize

The winner must claim the prize within 30 days of notification. If the prize is not claimed within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw. Transport is not included in the prize.

10. Redraw

If required, a redraw will take place in November at the same location as the original draw.

11. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and participants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, or misdirected entries.

12. Liability

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with the competition or the prize.

13. Privacy

By entering the competition, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and contacting entrants in relation to products, services, and future promotions in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

14. Acceptance

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
