We are on the search for a customer focused and highly motivated individual to take on the busy role of Service Coordinator within our Metro Field Group based at our Clayton branch.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this challenging front line position would suit someone with strong customer service and earthmoving industry experience.

What a day typical day will look like:

• Booking and scheduling work in progress
• Providing clear, accurate and timely information for job progress
• Coordinating, scheduling and allocation of jobs to our technicians
• Managing invoices to ensure pricing and product/machine component details are clear
• Effectively liaising with other departments to deliver effective solutions

ABOUT YOU

You will utilise your knowledge gained from your industry related background and pride yourself on outstanding customer service, as well as your organisational skills.

To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and attributes:

• Ability to develop and maintain long term internal and external relationships
• Capable to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively within a high-pressure environment
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Coordination experience within a similar industry
• A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
