Sales Analyst

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Sales Administration Lead, we are looking for a Sale Analyst to support our Sales Team by providing insights on sales performance, market trends and customer behaviour, based at our Clayton Head office Branch.
Your key responsibilities will include the following:
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Monitor sales KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Maintain and update sales databases, and other data management tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all sales reports and analyses.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide timely and relevant insights.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, and opportunities to streamline and enhance sales operations and practices.
ABOUT YOU
You will ideally have the following skills, experience & attributes:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis tools, and CRM software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder management.
- Experience in process improvement and system implementation projects is highly desirable.
