ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Parts Inventory & Procurement Manager, we are looking for a Parts Inventory Expeditor to manage procurement & sourcing of emergency and critical parts for back orders, based at our Clayton Head office Branch.

Your key responsibilities will include the following:

• Regular contact with Branches, Suppliers and CAT Parts Logistics and Customer Service Team
• Price Discrepancy Report
• Maintenance of Parts System Master Files via Inventory Reports
• Setting and adjusting branch stocking levels
• Review and ordering of parts from sundry suppliers (as required)
• Identify product or process problems and opportunities for improvement

ABOUT YOU

You will ideally have the following skills, experience & attributes:

• Strong problem solving, research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain productive business relationships
• Excellent computer skills, (applications; William Adams operating systems such as DBS, Unit 4 Financials, Support Point, MS Outlook, SIS2.0 and Analytics)
• Highly coordinated with excellent attention to detail
• Flexible to undertake varying work with changing priorities in a dynamic fast paced environment.
