- Competition Overview: This competition is organised by William Adams Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Eligibility and Exclusions:
- This competition is open to residents of Victoria and Tasmania aged 18 years or over.
- Employees of William Adams Pty Ltd, their immediate families, and any third parties directly associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.
- Orders placed by William Adams employees on behalf of customers are not eligible for entry
- The person associated to the registered account placing the order will be used. Where a person is unable to be identified the order will be excluded.
- Individuals or entities that offer similar products or services to those provided by William Adams Pty Ltd, including but not limited to their employees, representatives, or agents are excluded
- Customers who are actively engaged in competition with other attendees, either directly or indirectly, as determined by William Adams Pty Ltd in its sole discretion are excluded
- William Admas Pty Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any participant it deems, in its sole discretion, to be in violation of these eligibility and exclusion criteria.
- How to Enter:
- To enter, customers must spend a minimum of $100 (AUD) in a single transaction on our website Parts.cat.com/williamadams or the Cat Central App via William Adams during the competition period.
- Each $100 spent will automatically qualify the customer for one entry into the competition.
- Multiple entries are allowed; each additional $100 spent qualifies for another entry.
- Additional entries can be obtained by purchasing via the Cat Central app or if the customer registers for Parts.cat.com for the first time during the competition period
- Competition Period:
- The competition opens on 14/08/2024 and closes at 11:59 PM on 22/09/2024.
- Purchases made outside of this period will not be eligible for entry.
- Prize Details:
- The prize includes:
- A spot in our 2024 AFL Grand Final corporate suite.
- Brunch before the event.
- Transport from the brunch venue to the AFL Grand Final.
- Entry to the corporate suite at the AFL Grand Final.
- Final transfer after the event.
- Dinner following the event.
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other alternative.
- The prize is valued at approximately $5,000
- Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
- The draw will take place from 23/09/2024, and the winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 24 hours of the draw.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
- Conditions of Participation:
- The winner agrees to participate in any promotional activities or material relating to the competition, including the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- The winner is responsible for arranging their own transportation to the brunch venue, and home, and any other personal expenses incurred.
- Liability:
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the competition period.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or any other factor that may affect the outcome of the competition.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the winner as a result of accepting and/or using the prize.
- Privacy:
- Personal data provided by entrants will be used in accordance with William Adams’ Privacy Policy and solely for the purpose of administering this competition.
- Changes to Terms:
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions at any time without notice, in the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
- Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
- By entering this competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
