At William Adams, we love supporting our technicians and are excited for Caterpillar’s Global Dealer Technician Challenge, where our Heroes of the Trade can showcase their skills!
Starting with a local run-off in July 2024, eight of our technicians will compete, leading to a regional Skills Olympics at Cat Tullamarine in August 2024. Winners will advance to the global final at Conexpo in the US in 2026!
Prizes include cash for runners-up and a significant learning opportunity for the winner, such as a Caterpillar course or a trip to another dealership!
