The product range includes specialised Underground Mining Support Vehicles, the Mine Extraction Device (MED), and surface mining solutions including the Haulmax 3900 extended-distance off-highway haulage trucks and W35 Water Tank Modules to suit Caterpillar articulated trucks.
The Elphinstone range of products combines practical design, the latest technology and quality manufacturing to ensure reliable performance. Elphinstone is also a producer of Electrical Harnesses and Ezi Boots, operating the latest in modern technology at each stage of the manufacturing process. Their range of finishing equipment allows them to fully customise your products.

Our customers’ requirements dictate that not all service work is of a workshop nature. There are occasions for field service work and when these occasions arise, the William Adams field service team swings into action.
All branches support a field service team. Each service unit comprises of a vehicle fully equipped with the necessary tooling.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE – CVA
WHAT IS A CVA?
A good preventative maintenance program is the best way to keep operating costs under control and avoid costly failures. A Customer Value Agreement (CVA) will ensure your equipment is kept in optimum running condition at a predictive cost with minimal down time to your business. We can provide you with a written agreement to supply parts and service in line with factory recommendations at a fixed rate to cover your preventative maintenance requirements for 12 months or more.

Elphinstone machinery runs on Cat parts. William Adams carries over 75,000 product lines of genuine Cat parts which are stocked across a huge branch network that spans across Victoria and Tasmania. We offer 24/7 online ordering of over 1.4 million Cat parts from parts.cat.com and various parts distribution locations, with the Cat head office being located in Tullamarine, Victoria.
Resell machinery
William Adams has a Used Equipment department that is always looking for quality machinery to sell. If you no longer need your Elphinstone machine, we can help you resell it by either buying it or selling it via consignment with Elphinstone. If your machine needs to be dismantled for parts, William Adams can also help via our Parts Exchange Program.
Training and support
Expert trainers from the William Adams Institute of Training work together with Elphinstone’s highly trained field support technicians to ensure you receive an unprecedented level of technical support to deploy, optimise, and maintain Elphinstone machinery at your site.
New Elphinstone E15 Agitator 7m3
In March 2024 Elphinstone Pty Ltd partnered with Jetcrete Oz Pty Ltd to trial the new Elphinstone E15 7m3 Agitator at Bluestone Mines Tasmania Joint Venture Pty Ltd in Tasmania. The feedback from Jetcrete has been excellent and has assisted Elphinstone in improving important features including safety, comfort and experience. After trialling the E15 for three months, Jetcrete was so impressed with its performance, they purchased the machine.
