FOR YOU!
Eligible Cat machines will have their fuel consumption monitored by us, and four times a year we’ll send you a report and letter to show how your average fuel consumption in litres per hour compares to the threshold we gave you on sign up at delivery. If you’ve burnt more, a credit to your trading account will apply at the agreed value per litre, it’s that simple. You can view fuel consumption yourself on the machine in some cases, or on your smart phone or computer with the My.cat.com and Visionlink websites.

Our customers’ requirements dictate that not all service work is of a workshop nature. There are occasions for field service work and when these occasions arise, the William Adams field service team swings into action.
All branches support a field service team. Each service unit comprises of a vehicle fully equipped with the necessary tooling.
William Adams field service personnel are equipped to provide fast and effective field service, no matter the time or the place.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE – CVA
WHAT IS A CVA?
A good preventative maintenance program is the best way to keep operating costs under control and avoid costly failures. A Customer Value Agreement (CVA) will ensure your equipment is kept in optimum running condition at a predictive cost with minimal down time to your business. We can provide you with a written agreement to supply parts and service in line with factory recommendations at a fixed rate to cover your preventative maintenance requirements for 12 months or more.
