Christmas Spectacular

1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is William Adams Pty Ltd (“Promoter”).

2. Competition Period
The competition opens at 5.30pm on 20 December 2025 and closes at 10.00pm on 20 December 2025 (“Competition Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter (William Adams), South East Melbourne Phoenix or Caterpillar are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
To enter the competition, entrants must, during the Competition Period:

• Scan the official competition QR code at William Adams’s activation event held during the South East Melbourne Phoenix Christmas Spectacular at John Cain Arena on 20/12/25; and

• Complete the entry form by providing their personal details as requested and opting in to join the Promoter’s newsletter.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a co-branded WIlliam Adams and South East Melbourne Phoenix 70L Cat cooler box filled with Cat merchandise (“Prize”).

The Prize:

• Is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash

• Must be accepted as awarded

• Includes delivery to the winner’s nominated Australian residential address

6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period. The draw will take place between 5/01/26 – 9/01/26.

The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at entry within 5 business days of the draw.

7. Prize Delivery
The Prize will be dispatched to the winner’s nominated home address in January 2026. The Promoter is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control.

8. Unclaimed Prize
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 2 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

9. Privacy
By entering, entrants agree that their personal information will be collected and used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the competition and for ongoing marketing communications, including receiving the Promoter’s newsletter. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the competition or accepting the Prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. General
The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Verify the validity of entries

• Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions

• Modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control arise

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
