About the Role:As a Trainee Tyre Fitter within our Fleet Service team, you’ll learn to deliver on-site tyre services to customers across various suburbs with a company-provided vehicle. Bridgestone prioritizes workplace health and safety, fostering a culture of care and professional growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Learn to fit tyres (truck, trailer, bus) on-site
• Assist in truck tyre servicing and fleet maintenance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults under supervision
• Provide accurate solutions to customer needs
• Collaborate with a high-performing team

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license (LR, MR, or HR desirable with provided support to obtain)
• Willingness to obtain a Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology (training provided)
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability, honesty, and passion for learning
• Commitment to safety and excellent customer service
• Current right to work in Australia
