About the Role.. 

At Greenbank Services Club we rely on a well-organized back-of-house operation to keep everything running smoothly. We're currently seeking a reliable and motivated Store person to join our team and help support the daily operations of our venue. As our Store person, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining stock for multiple bars and front-of-house departments.

This is a hands-on role involving goods receiving, stock rotation, inventory control, and ensuring supplies are available when needed — all while maintaining hygiene and safety standards suitable for a fast-paced hospitality environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store food, beverage, and equipment deliveries

  • Distribute stock to relevant departments (Bars, restaurants, etc.)

  • Maintain accurate records of incoming/outgoing goods

  • Rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimise waste

  • Monitor stock levels and alert management of shortages

  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld in all storage areas

  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments as required

  • Assist with stocktake and inventory audits

  • Waste Management
  • Maintain Stock Area Cleanliness
  • Assist with general cleaning duties

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar store person or receiving role in hospitality or related industries

  • Knowledge of food handling and storage regulations

  • Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving stock

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • High attention to detail and cleanliness

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Forklift licence and manual handling training is preferred but not essential
