We are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join the team at Mazda Southport.
What the role entails:
- Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our clients face to face
- Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships
- Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updates
- Communicating with internal department teams to make sure all vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as promised
- Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution based outcomes
- Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs
- Being a champion of objections – There is always a positive outcome!
- Ongoing training and development. If you have the desire to grow we will get you there
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor highly desired, or experience in Banking, Real Estate or customer facing roles
- Excellent customer service with well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive person who presents professionally
- Experience in a department where KPIs are used
- Experience with Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) highly desired but not essential
- Ability to sell additional work as required
- Someone who can work autonomously but thrives when part of a team. Culture is important to us
