Our Malaga Store is looking for a Full Time Retail Assistant - Personal Finance Operator to join our team.

About the role

• This is a retail-based position where you’ll provide a high level of customer service within our Personal Finance department.
• Complete all transactions in line with compliant practices (Regulative, legislative and operational).
• Use your Personal Finance knowledge to assist customers in finding personal finance solutions.
• Proactively promote Personal Finance throughout the rest of the store to generate new business.
• Liaise with customers using the highest levels of respect, professionalism & diligence; and
• Work towards achieving individual and store targets.

About you

• You will understand the sales process and be passionate about meeting targets.
• Be able to build great relationships and encourage repeat business with our loyal customer base.
• Ideally you will have a basic understanding of the personal finance industry and its principals.
• Be interested in Technology and have basic Microsoft suite skills; and
• Have previous experience in a customer service role.
