We are now seeking a proactive and experienced Quality Business Partner to support our quality, risk, and clinical governance functions across residential and home care services.

Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager, you’ll play a vital role in promoting service excellence, driving continuous improvement, and supporting regulatory compliance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to implement and monitor quality, risk, and governance systems.
• Support audits, accreditation, and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Drive the development and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for service enhancement.
• Facilitate feedback, complaints, and continuous improvement processes.
• Support education and staff engagement in quality and compliance practices.

 What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality, risk, or compliance in aged care or health.
• Strong understanding of aged care legislation, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience supporting accreditation and audit processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A current Driver’s License and National Police Clearance.

Desirable

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Qualification in project or change management.
• Understanding of current reform and clinical governance in aged care.
