Optical Dispenser – Part-Time (Including Rotating Saturdays)

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our optometrists, providing high-quality optical dispensing services while assisting with administrative and clinical support. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy helping patients select the perfect eyewear. The position includes rotating Saturday shifts.

• Provide expert advice on lens and frame selection to meet patients’ needs

• Perform optical dispensing, including adjustments and repairs

• Support the optometrist with pre-testing and patient care

• Assist with contact lens teaching and dry eye treatments (training provided)

• Maintain organised and up-to-date patient records

• Contribute to the practice’s merchandising and visual presentation

• Opportunity to manage and create content for the practice’s social media accounts

• Experience in optical dispensing or an interest in developing dispensing skills
