A little about the role:

• Its all about finding a solution for our customers, which often involves finding the perfect storage unit and/or packaging materials for their needs.
• Support the centre manager in the day to day operations of the facility.
• Work closely with your Centre Manager to achieve your set KPI targets.
• Create an enjoyable experience for our customers and team.
• Freedom to work autonomously

Who you are:

 

A passionate person with a customer service centric ethos. You share the enthusiasm in our journey to making Kennards Self Storage a famous Australian Household brand.

 

This is what you will need:

• Previous experience in customer service and sales positions.
• You get a buzz when you find that solution for your customers.
• Pro-active and not afraid to take the lead.
• Proven ability to make decisions on your own.
