About the role

You will primarily manage your own customers and assist our branch and sales teams to ensure all quotes, tenders and deliveries are managed in a timely manner.  Delivering an accurate, efficient and competitive quote process and managing your personal quote pipeline effectively to achieve determined KPI’s.  You will also manage your own customer base.  

 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities 

• Regular contact with your customer base.
• Follow up on quotes, tenders and deliveries.
• Manage your own sales ledger and maintain regular contact with your member base.
• Maintenance of sales related records including creating files, filing and archiving.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of sales order and quotation data in the system.
• Support for sales and branch teams around pricing issues.
• Maintain communication with all customers and staff.

What We're Looking For

• customer focused with a passion to deliver on members expectations.
• Intermediate computer skills 
• Product and supplier knowledge
• Good judgement and commercial skills
• 2-4 years of experience working in a building or plumbing industry is preferred, not essential;
• ability to work in an efficient and organised manner;
