About the Role

We are currently seeking an energetic and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in Horsham!

This casual role involves short afternoon shifts (usually 2 hours in duration) providing support to a young person, assisting them in their community participation, after school and day centre activities.

What Do You Need?

• Experience and qualifications in Disability Support will be highly regarded.
• Lots of energy! Our client needs support from someone who can keep up with them physically.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an empathetic and compassionate approach.
• Ability to support with personal care, medication, behaviour management, daily activities, and community-based tasks.
• Current First Aid and CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC are required.
