RESPONSIBILITIES

• Telephone customer service and sales
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Keying of orders
• Liaison with manufacturing, retail and despatch teams
• Regular communication and interaction with store managers

• Essential - Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Essential - Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
• Essential - Excellent data entry skills
• Desirable - Previous experience in customer service or internal sales
• Flexibility to work alternate weekends
