We are recruiting for a Customer Service Consultant to join our Business Development Centre on a full time basis. This position will be based in our Burwood dealership.

 

Contact Centre: The voice of the business - managing inbound & outbound calls, sales enquiries, internet leads, emails, live chat, customer retention, customer service. Currently a Multi-channel contact centre soon to undergo a digital transformation to Omni-channel.

What the role entails:

  • Interacting with a high volume of customers
  • Performing switchboard and reception-based phone functions
  • Providing an exceptional level of customer experience
  • Various ad-hoc administration-based functions
  • Working towards KPIs and other performance outcomes
  • Participating in training and other learning and development opportunities
