Our Newcastle branch is growing, and we are seeking a dedicated and reliable Counter Sales team member to join us. This position will suit a self-motivated, 'hands on" individual who enjoys variety in their day, building relationships and working as a key member of the team.

About You...

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• A passion and ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build relationships with customers
• Ability to multitask whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Can do attitude
• Experience with MS Office Applications.
• Experience in sales, specifically trade sales will be highly regarded. 

Your daily activities will include:

• Counter and internal sales, servicing our valued customers and trade clients
• Phone enquiries and orders
• Processing customer sales orders and credit returns
• Coordination of daily deliveries
• Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure orders supplied are correct and dispatched on time.

Starting at Polyaire I had absolutely no experience whatsoever coming from the Hospitality industry and have been able to learn and grow so much in the last two years thanks to the team at Polyaire.
