ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Customer Solutions Manager within our Customer Solutions Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance and safety of Caterpillar equipment across our customer base.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing interpretation, analysis and recommendations from various condition monitoring sources
• Growing and maintaining the asset population covered by a condition monitoring agreement
• Generating quality actionable sales leads for the product support sales team
• Providing asset insight reports to support sales activities

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

• Mechanical trade or equivalent technical experience is desirable
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proven experience in servicing or supporting Caterpillar products
• Previous experience with data analysis and reporting
• Ability to plan, be organised and manage time effectively
• A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
