We are currently recruiting for a Concierge Receptionist to join our Audi Centre Gold Coast team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take advantage of working with a luxury brand producing world-class cars.

This position will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Being the first point of contact for all customers in person or over the phone
• Establishing a customer’s reason for the visit and directing them to the correct department/staff member
• Management of dealership showroom display and cafe area, including beverage supplies
• Assistance with administrative duties for all departments within the Dealership
• Participating in training and other learning and development opportunities
• Serve as an ambassador for the Audi and Frizelle Sunshine Group image
