As a Clinical Educator, you will:

• Design and deliver high-impact training to clinical and non-clinical teams

• Implement evidence-based practices and support safe, person-centred care

• Foster a strong learning culture focused on clinical excellence and growth

• Mentor and upskill staff, building team capability and confidence

• Ensure compliance with infection control, WHS, and aged care standards

• Support innovation and continuous improvement in clinical practice

Essential:

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (unrestricted)

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessing (or willing to obtain)

• IPC Lead Certificate (or willing to obtain)

• Strong background in aged care nursing

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Proven ability to develop and deliver education content

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and eLearning platforms

• Sound understanding of WHS, EEO, and compliance standards

Desirable:

• Understanding of adult learning principles

• Experience with online learning systems

• Track record in leading quality improvement initiatives

$56.93/hour + Not-for-profit Salary Packaging (up to $18,900 net)
