Clinical Nurse Educator

The RoleAs a Clinical Educator, you will:
Design and deliver high-impact training to clinical and non-clinical teams
Implement evidence-based practices and support safe, person-centred care
Foster a strong learning culture focused on clinical excellence and growth
Mentor and upskill staff, building team capability and confidence
Ensure compliance with infection control, WHS, and aged care standards
Support innovation and continuous improvement in clinical practice
Essential:
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Current Australian Driver’s Licence (unrestricted)
Certificate IV in Training & Assessing (or willing to obtain)
IPC Lead Certificate (or willing to obtain)
Strong background in aged care nursing
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proven ability to develop and deliver education content
Proficient in Microsoft Office and eLearning platforms
Sound understanding of WHS, EEO, and compliance standards
Desirable:
Understanding of adult learning principles
Experience with online learning systems
Track record in leading quality improvement initiatives
$56.93/hour + Not-for-profit Salary Packaging (up to $18,900 net)
