Clinical Facilitator
McLean Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Facilitator (RN) to join our team at Killean, our 138-bed aged care residence in Inverell, NSW – known as the Sapphire City for its natural beauty and welcoming community. This full-time position is pivotal in delivering high-quality clinical education, fostering excellence among nursing staff, and ensuring exceptional care for our residents.
About the RoleAs our new Clinical Facilitator, you will:
Deliver targeted clinical training and education to nursing and care teams
Identify training needs and implement best-practice development programs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive clinical outcomes
Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional support
Champion a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement
We’re looking for a compassionate, capable clinician and educator who thrives in a team-focused and values-driven environment.
You will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
Background in clinical education or nurse training
Strong understanding of ageing and geriatric health
Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance
Highly regarded:
Experience in residential aged care
Strong clinical leadership and mentoring skills
AN-ACC knowledge and documentation experience
BLS accreditation
