About the Role:
As an Overnight Chef de Partie, you will play an integral part in our kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences to our in-room dining guests.
What We Are Looking For:
At least two years of experience in a similar role hotel operation
Expertise in a variety of cooking techniques with a flair for creativity.
A passion for presenting and serving dishes of the highest quality.
Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in supporting the development of junior kitchen staff, including Commis, Demi Chefs, Cooks, and Apprentices.
A true passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering excellence.
Qualifications:
A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and a Food Safety Certificate are required.
You must have full-time work rights in Australia.
