Drakes Supermarkets is the leading independent supermarket chain in Australia. Currently, we have an excellent opportunity in our Meat Production Centre.
Working as part of a production team, an applicant will:
- Prepare and package meat products including slicing, labelling and storing
- Prepare and collate orders ready for delivery
- Use computerised systems, scales, label printers and packaging machines
- Undertake general duties - cleaning, tidying and stock rotation etc.
- Work efficiently to reach team objectives
- Demonstrate fresh food handling knowledge (not essential but highly regarded)
- Have passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
- Have commitment to Work Health and Safety standards
- Be reliable, punctual and self-motivated
