THE ROLE

Based at our Noosa store, you will become a valued member of the team and have rostered shifts in the store, along with having the flexibility to cover additional shifts as required. Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
  • Supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met
  • Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customers
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
  • A strong attention to detail
