About the role
We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. You’ll be the go-to person for all things brand. From campaign design to brand approvals, you’ll help make sure everything we put out looks and feels like ART. You’ll work closely with our Brand Manager and agency partners to bring our brand to life across every touchpoint.
Day to day, you'll:
- Team up with a small crew of brand pros to shape the creative direction of our campaigns.
- Make sure everything our customers see—B2C and B2B—feels on-brand and inspiring.
- Own our Brand Portal and manage trademarks and IP.
- Help craft campaigns and polish every piece of brand content—videos, emails, merch, you name it.
- Keep our visual identity sharp and consistent across the board.
- Approve brand work and coach others to be brand champions.
- Keep our brand tools and assets up to date and easy to access.
- Work with agencies, creatives, and internal teams to deliver top-notch brand experiences.
- Support the Brand Manager with smooth design and review processes.
- Share ideas, challenge the norm, and help the team grow.
- Be our go-to reviewer for brand content.
This role is a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity due to parental leave.
About you
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
- You’ve done this before—experience in a Brand Specialist role is a must.
- You know how to manage visual identity and help others stick to it.
- You’re great with stakeholders and know how to influence.
- You’ve worked with agencies on creative campaigns.
- You’re organised, self-driven, and comfortable with complexity.
- You’ve got strong writing and verbal skills.
