We’re looking for a motivated Branch Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of our busy branch, ensuring excellence in customer service, staff performance, and operational efficiency.

 

About the Role
As the Branch Supervisor, you'll play a key role by leading the team, managing stock and workflow, and ensuring a safe and productive working environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step up into a leadership role or build on their existing supervisory experience.

 

The ideal candidate has proven management experience, strong customer focus, staff development skills, high-level organisational and communication abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

 

What will your day look like?

  • Lead and support a small Branch Team
  • Daily running of the Branch in a highly professional manner
  • Enforcement and improvement of current processes within the office and the warehouse
  • Building of strong relationships with Key Account Holders
  • Forecasting and Monitoring of Stock Levels
  • Compliance in WHS Legislation

 

About you

  • Proven track record in a management or supervisory role preferred
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Customer focused and good at building interpersonal relationships
  • Ability to lead, develop and mentor staff and foster a positive team culture
  • Attention to detail and competency in prioritising tasks
  • Implementation continual improvement processes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong understanding of WHS requirements
