Alma Nove is the newest fine dining spot on Manly beach and we are looking for its launch team to join us for a very busy summer and beyond!

Here’s what we’re searching for professionally:
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to take direction;
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and current F&B trends desirable.
- The ability to maintain a calm manner yet thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience managing functions and private events.
- Forging relationships with guests and be very customer driven, ensuring that every patron has an exceptional dining experience.
- Proficient in lightspeed (or similar POS systems) and Open Table (or similar online booking systems).
- Able to work at a fast pace and high turnover environment; and
- High energy, passionate with a strong work ethic.
Here’s what we’re searching for as an individual:
- Previous experience in an assistant management position; preferably a fine dining/wine venue;
- An understanding of profit measures, the ability to manage costs and productivity, and the drive to exceed sales goals;
- A passion for recruiting and training the talented individuals who will be the future leaders of the business as a leader and a teacher.
- A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally;
- Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met;
- Availability for Monday-Sunday Shifts (hours are rotated depending on availability, between open, mid and closing shifts);
- A passion for recruiting, training and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within the business;
- Friendly, approachable, and believes the customer always comes first;
- Strive to execute efficient and flawless service every shift; and
- You’re someone who takes pride in yourself and your personal brand.
