About the role
We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As the Applications Support Lead, you’ll ensure that customers receive communications generated by Australian Retirement Trust’s enterprise Customer Communications Management application, Quadient Inspire.
You’ll guide a small team of Application Support Analysts who ensure that correspondence to our members is successfully generated and sent. Towards this you and your team will perform daily checks on the application, monitor jobs, input and output channels, triage incidents, respond to business requests, and resolve vulnerabilities. The team works closely with the Correspondence Delivery team and the Technology Delivery teams managing the platform. Your role is crucial for meeting ART’s regulatory responsibilities and supporting its growth strategy by ensuring all requested correspondence is delivered to customers.

About you
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
- You have an undergraduate degree in Information and Communication Technology or a similar qualification.
- You enjoy problem solving.
- You’re great at communicating, both verbally and in writing.
- You can manage and prioritise multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
- You have a keen eye for detail and consistently deliver high-quality, accurate work.
