Mercedes-Benz Sydney is located in the heart of Alexandria. They are currently seeking a motivated and driven Aftermarket Consultant to join their high performing team.

The Role:

• Work with New & Used sales teams in relation to offerings of aftermarket products
• Communicate and provide appropriate warranty documentation.
• Generate income for the dealership from the sale of Aftermarket products (paint protection and associated products).
• Managing customer enquiries and follow ups on Aftermarket products and accessories.
• Monitor, inspect and approve treated vehicles in respect of Aftermarket products prior to delivery and communicate and facilitate correction of any issues.
• Delivering high standards of customer service
• Achieving sales & profit targets
• Maintaining product knowledge
• Establishing new & strengthening internal and external relationships

About you:

• Willing to learn & grow within the organisation

• Enthusiastic and have a confident approach
• Have prior experience in sales or a similar role 
• Able to work within a tight-knit sales team
• 2+ years experiences
