$77,688 to $86,424 per annum

Total effective package $97,913 - $107,830

About the role

The Administrative Assistant provides high level executive administrative support to the Congress Australian Nurse Family Partnership Program (AFPP), Child Health Engagement Team (CHET), Early Years Section (EY) and their teams. 

 

What we are looking for?

A person with:

  • Minimum Certificate IV in relevant discipline, or willing to obtain or relevant experience.
  • Highly-developed written and oral communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to draft correspondence and reports, take minutes and initiate actions from meetings, deal tactfully with people, maintain strict confidentiality and use sound judgement, tact and discretion in dealing with colleagues and clients.
  • Well-developed organisational and coordination skills with the ability to set priorities, be flexible, reliable and work under pressure, meet deadlines, exercise initiative, work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Awareness of/sensitivity to Aboriginal culture and history, and knowledge of current issues affecting lives of Aboriginal people.
  • Current NT Drivers License, or the ability to obtain 
  • Willingness, ability and appropriate levels of health and fitness to travel to and work from remote locations
