We're currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer for a 6 month contract to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all elements of the accounts receivable function and for the provision and promotion of a high-quality standard of customer service.

 A day in the life:

• Ensuring accurate and timely billing to airline customers in a timely manner
• Raising and issuing invoices / credit notes and resolving billing issues
• Monitor overdue accounts & follow up with airline customers regarding any outstanding payments
• Investigating and resolving disputes in timely manner 
• Collection and credit management of accounts receivable balances
• Maintain a professional and proactive approach with our customers 

To succeed in the role, you will need:

• Qualification in Accounting
• Demonstrated experience in a high-volume accounts receivable role
• Customer service focused
• Must have airport/airline experience
• Understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A high level of proficiency in the use of Excel
• Positive can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
