We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Zone Manager to lead our Lube Mobile operations in Wangara, Perth WA. This pivotal role is responsible for driving operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction across mobile and workshop services within the zone.Reporting to the State Manager, you will lead a diverse team of mobile technicians, trainers, and workshop staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality automotive services while achieving sales and profit targets. • Manage team performance, training, and development
• Achieve sales, profit, and customer service targets
• Oversee job coordination, resource allocation, and compliance
• Champion safety and sustainability aligned with Bridgestone’s E8 Commitment

What you’ll bring:

• Relevant trade qualification and/or relevant industry experience
• 3+ years in team leadership and operations
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• High- Level customer service experience
• Valid driver’s licence
