Love the serenity of Adelaide Hills and creating with your hands? Volunteer at Oakfield Lodge Residential Care or Willow Fern Respite Care and help residents get creative too.

 

We offer a wide array of activities where your skills and passions can shine:

• Baking: Help residents create delicious treats (Thursday fortnightly 1pm-3pm).
• Bus Trips: Travel with the residents on bus trips and assist them on and off the bus. (Thursday fortnightly all day)
• Gardening/ Walking Groups: If you have a green thumb, help residents tend to their beautiful gardens, plant flowers and vegetables, or simply enjoy the outdoors with a stroll in the gardens (Wednesday 1pm - 3pm).
• Companionship: Enjoy one-on-one time with residents, whether it's a coffee chat, a leisurely stroll, or friendly conversation.
• Cafe Assistant: Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and light refreshments to our residents, staff, and visitors, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
• Knitting Group: Gather our residents to be creative together, share patterns and have a chat.
