With 18 venues and growing, we’re looking for a Venue Manager ready to drive performance, culture, and guest experience at our Joondalup flagship venue.

What You’ll Be Owning:

• Full accountability for venue performance, including P&L, labour, and COGS management
• Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team
• Drive operational excellence through consistent execution of brand standards
• Lead a flagship WA site with high guest traffic and brand visibility
• Partner with marketing and operations to grow revenue and elevate guest experience

 Who You Are:

• A natural-born leader with 2–3 years of hands-on experience running dynamic venues
• Able to perform under pressure and manage high-volume service environments.
• Strong financial acumen, confidently analysing data to make smart, impactful decisions.
• Passionate about delivering unforgettable experiences, from flawless service to exceptional food.
