With 18 venues and growing, we’re looking for a Venue Manager ready to drive performance, culture, and guest experience at our Joondalup flagship venue.
What You’ll Be Owning:
- Full accountability for venue performance, including P&L, labour, and COGS management
- Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team
- Drive operational excellence through consistent execution of brand standards
- Lead a flagship WA site with high guest traffic and brand visibility
- Partner with marketing and operations to grow revenue and elevate guest experience
Who You Are:
- A natural-born leader with 2–3 years of hands-on experience running dynamic venues
- Able to perform under pressure and manage high-volume service environments.
- Strong financial acumen, confidently analysing data to make smart, impactful decisions.
- Passionate about delivering unforgettable experiences, from flawless service to exceptional food.
- Big on team spirit and bringing the energy
