Your Role at a Glance

As Venue Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the operation — leading the team across the restaurant, bar, events, and gaming areas to deliver seamless service and an exceptional guest experience. You’ll balance the fast pace of a busy service with a focus on quality, consistency, and connection.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead from the front — set the tone for exceptional service, teamwork, and energy across all areas.

• Oversee daily operations in the restaurant, bar, and gaming lounge, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-standard performance.

• Coach, develop, and motivate your team — building a culture that thrives on growth, accountability, and fun.

• Work hand-in-hand with the kitchen to deliver a unified guest experience that’s as seamless as it is memorable.

• Drive promotions and activations that engage guests, boost revenue, and keep the venue buzzing.

• Champion compliance and safety — ensure RSA, RCG, WHS, and operational standards are always on point.

• Plan ahead — manage rosters, forecasts, and service flow to maintain peak efficiency during busy periods.

What You’ll Bring

2+ years’ leadership experience in a busy restaurant, bar, or multi-faceted hospitality venue
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and energise teams in a fast-paced environment
A hands-on, solutions-focused approach — you love being on the floor and driving service
Passion for hospitality — you genuinely thrive on creating great guest experiences
Solid understanding of RSA, WHS, and operational compliance (RCG experience is a bonus)
RSA & RCG certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to starting)
