About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Service Advisor to join the team at Honda Rockdale on a full time basis. As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment with great customer service skills.

You will be trained to perform the following:

• Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our clients face to face
• Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships
• Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updates
• Communicating with internal department teams to make sure all vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as promised
• Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution based outcomes
• Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs

Requirements for the role will involve the following:

• Customer service commitment, eager to understand customer needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems; open to technical learning.
• Professional demeanor, punctuality, and commitment to growth.
• Current driver's license.
• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment; openness to continuous learning.
• Problem-solving mindset for effective customer issue resolution.
