About the Role

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a critical role in delivering on our customer promises by leading a team of operators to meet production targets, uphold product quality, and ensure operational efficiency. You’ll foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production teams to achieve daily output and quality goals.
• Promote and enforce safe work practices aligned with the EHS Management System.
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to meet delivery deadlines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and optimise workflows.
• Train and mentor team members to build capability and support workforce planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges.
• Uphold ethical conduct and contribute to a positive work culture.

Performance Measures

• Safety performance and compliance
• Production output and efficiency
• On-time delivery and cycle time
• Quality metrics and yield
• Downtime reduction and SOP adherence

What You’ll Bring

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (building products preferred).
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Experience in continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and SOP implementation.
