About the role
In this role, you’ll continue delivering the same great service you already provide to our members and guests — now with the consistency and stability of a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting members and guests in a warm and professional manner
- Assisting with sign in and enforcing conditions of entry
- Operating point-of-sale systems and processing transactions accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards in service areas
- Assisting with membership and inquiries
- Supporting compliance with responsible service of alcohol and gaming guidelines
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For
- Proven reliability, professionalism, and positive contribution to the team
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining our high standards
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- RSA and RCG Competency Card
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support team
- Excellent time and attendance records
- Clear performance management history (12 months)
- Exceptional uniform, grooming and presentation standards.
