We have an exciting opportunity for a Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team at Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill.

 

As a key member of our culinary team, you’ll be responsible for delivering a consistently high-quality breakfast offering to our discerning guests, drawing on fresh local produce from the Mornington Peninsula and beyond.

 

This is a full-time role; remuneration will be commensurate with experience. 

To succeed in your application, you will need:

Appropriate trade qualifications

Proven experience in delivering high-quality dining experiences

Ability to prioritise tasks and work to a schedule

Strong attention to detail and presentation

A passion for innovative, seasonal food

Knowledge of Australian cuisine and industry standards

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Previous experience in a boutique hotel, resort, or similar environment is advantageous
