The Caterpillar Inc. acquisition of Bucyrus International Inc. is now complete — combining the best of both organizations to create one unparalleled equipment source for mining customers. While the acquisition is complete, day-to-day operations have not changed.

No goal is more important than this one: Ensuring customers that both their Cat and Bucyrus products will continue to be supported and that there will be no disruption in the service they have come to expect from both organizations. The expertise our customers have come to depend on will continue in the Caterpillar organization, whether through a Cat dealer or for Caterpillar.
