We have vacancies for experienced Diesel Mechanic’s to join the team in our busy Burnie workshop.
Reporting to the Service Manager / Supervisors, you will be responsible for carrying out minor & major repairs of earthmoving machinery in our Used Equipment and Revenue bays.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Carrying out service, repairs and maintenance of earthmoving, construction, mining and agricultural equipment
- Completion of all paperwork relating to the completion of jobs
- Providing quality customer service at all times
- Troubleshooting of machine/component problems
As a qualified Diesel Mechanic, we have positions available in areas such as our Specialisation workshop, Agricultural repairs, maintenance and build-ups, general Revenue bay and On-site labour hire requirements. You will require experience in diagnosis, servicing and repairs of earthmoving and/or agricultural equipment. Basic computer knowledge, self-motivation, excellent communication and customer liaison skills are required for these positions as is proven ability to work unsupervised.
